Meet the Team
Born and raised in Glasgow, Mia began her training at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland on the James McCoy Scholarship before continuing her Musical Theatre training at NCLAN. She later moved to London to study Acting for Stage and Screen in Guildford.
After completing her training, Mia joined a leading UK talent agency as a junior agent. Over the years, she progressed into the senior management team, gaining extensive experience across all areas of talent representation, including theatre, television, film, cruise, and commercial contracts.
Her clients' credits include Beetlejuice (West End), Mamma Mia! The Party, BBC TV show Strike, as well as a wide range of cruise productions and commercial campaigns. Alongside this, Mia worked within the agency's commercial department, expanding her knowledge and expertise in commercial representation.
More recently, Mia has also worked in casting for commercial and social media advertising campaign, broadening her expertise within the industry.
Mia is passionate about building a strong roster of dedicated performers and believes in developing long-term partnerships founded on trust and collaboration. Her approach is supportive, honest, and tailored to helping each client achieve their individual career goals.

Matthias trained in Musical Theatre at Italia Conti for his Junior years and the Laine Theatre Arts on scholarship for his university qualifications . Since graduating, he has built an extensive and varied career within the performing arts industry, working professionally across the UK and internationally. His experience spans both performance and production, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the industry from multiple perspectives.
Alongside his work as a performer, Matthias has developed expertise across a range of theatre and entertainment disciplines. His background includes production coordination on UK tours, casting coordinator, and various backstage and administrative roles. Having worked closely with performers, creative teams and industry professionals, he has gained invaluable insight into the processes that shape successful productions and careers. This broad industry knowledge allows him to offer informed guidance and practical support to clients navigating the ever-evolving entertainment landscape.
Through his work within the agency, Matthias is passionate about championing talent and helping artists reach their full potential. He is proud to work with a diverse range of clients; from emerging performers taking their first steps into the industry, to experienced professionals looking to further develop their careers.
